EVERY STEP IS PERSONAL

This year the Vancouver Sole Support walk will be live and in person! We are excited to welcome you and your supporters as we gather to celebrate and support each other, raise awareness for Parkinson's disease, and fundraise for local programs and services. Our gathering point is Esther Short Park in beautiful downtown Vancouver. The walk route will remain in Esther Short Park for the short distance and travel along the waterfront for those choosing a longer distance! Both routes are wheelchair and walker friendly.
Take the first step, register online or call PRO at 800.426.6806 and we'll get you registered.
If this is your first walk or your 17th, we thank you for joining us as we fundraise and raise awareness for the important local programs and services provided by Parkinson's Resources of Oregon.  On walk day you are welcome to bring your own lunch/snacks or to visit any number of vendors at the adjacent Vancouver Farmer's Market.  There will be tables and chairs available. Remember, we are RAIN OR SHINE, so please dress for the weather.
Upon arrival your first stop will be to check in with the registration volunteers to drop off any donations, receive earned incentives, and if necessary, register any remaining participants.
Then, we encourage you to spend your time socializing (as distant as you are comfortable), visit our sponsor and exhibitors, paint a pet rock, sign the HOPE banner, gather for a team photo, play a game of Soley Toss, and enjoy the day.
At 1:30 we will line up walkers for the ~1K and ~5K walks.  (The routes are different, but both groups will start and finish at Esther Short Park.  CLICK HERE for a preview of the route map.
