This year the Eugene Sole Support walk will be live and in person! We are excited to welcome you and your supporters as we gather to rally support for our local Parkinson's community. We are making plans for a great day as we raise awareness of Parkinson's disease. Our route (~1k and ~5K) will include a walk through Alton Baker Park and along the waterfront for those choosing a longer distance!
Take the first step, register online or call PRO at 800.426.6806 and we'll get you registered.
If this is your first walk or your 17th, we thank you for joining us as we fundraise and raise awareness for the important local programs and services provided by Parkinson's Resources of Oregon.  On walk day you are welcome to bring your own lunch/snacks or to visit one of the invited food cart vendors.  There will be some table and chairs available and of course the pavilion. Remember, we are RAIN OR SHINE, so please dress for the weather.
Upon arrival your first stop will be to check in with registration to drop off any donations, receive your earned incentives, and if necessary, register any remaining participants.
Then, we encourage you to spend your time socializing (as distant as you are comfortable), visit our sponsor and exhibitors, paint a pet rock, sign the HOPE banner, gather for a team photo, play a game of Soley Toss, and enjoy the day.
At 1:30 we will line up walkers for the ~1K and ~5K walks.  (The routes are different, but both groups will start and finish at the same place).  CLICK HERE for a preview of the route map.
